I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the train station. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right next to Termini station. I also loved the fact that my room had a balcony with a wonderful view of some ancient buildings. It was such a treat to sit out there and soak in the atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me a great start to the day.
All was absolutely fine with this hotel, nothing to complain about.

Location and a beautiful view over the cloister and thermal baths of Dioclesian. No traffic is heard. Free availability of the internet
Diry and repusling wall-to-wall carpets. Not very hygienic bathrooms. This is quite a pity as the hotel could amend these drawbacks very easily.

This hotel is a little gem for a great price. It offers basic amenities but is perfect for a short stay. The location is fantastic, very close to Termini station, making it handy for exploring the city. I was lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and a wonderful view of some ancient buildings and a courtyard. The staff were the friendliest I've encountered, always willing to help and make you feel welcome. this hotel offers excellent value for money and a lovely experience.
All was fine, couldn't ask for more.

Terrific location within walking distance of Roma Termini station. Facilities were minimal but sufficed for our stay there. Value priced.

Great location, close to public transportation and major landmarks. Affordable price for a room with a nice view of the gardens. The room was cleaned every day and towels were replaced daily. However, it was difficult to get a good night's rest because of the loud noise in the street and the poor sound insulation on the walls.
The room was too small, with barely enough space to move around. The shower was practically unusable, with water going from hot to cold every few seconds and low water pressure.

Location is a big plus ... 5 mins from Termini station, breakfast, good access to nearby tourist spots and restaurants. In absence of working AC they promptly arranged pedestal fans.
No elevators and rooms were on level 2 ... Poor wifi connectivity in room even with 1st floor router, air conditioner not working, Breakfast was same for all 3 days ... They can easily introduce some variety else it gets boring if you are eating same food every day! General upkeep of the room was bad ... Cupboard, TV platform and ceiling need repair. They have a old radio which doesn't work ... Remove and put a digital radio clock! Tiny bathroom and shower area.

Location near Termini Station is very usefull to move in Rome. Staff, cleanness and breakfast were ok.
Air condition in not included and costs 18 euros per day!!! There is no elevator and you have to go one or two floors by stairs (but the staff was very helpfull with carrying the bags up and down).

The personal was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also really good with a variety of fruit. The placement of the hotel is ideal for those who comes for seightseeing. You can do most of seightseeing on foot. The railwaystation as well as the metro station is just 5-7min walking.
The hotel is quite shabby and under the construction. Air conditioning costs additional money.

Flexible personnel (first I wanted a double room, then a triple for half of may stay and then I had to leave earlier then booked). They were open to all my requests.
The breakfast (too sweet for us) and the wallpapers from the rooms.
